## Why it matters to you

The findings are the basis of your negotiation. A standard inspection doesn't include a [radon](https://www.buywisehome.com/guide/glossary/radon) test or a [sewer scope](https://www.buywisehome.com/guide/glossary/sewer-scope), and the inspector can't see inside walls. Go to it, and read the whole report, not just the summary. See an inspection read for you on [a real home](https://www.buywisehome.com/sample#inspection).
